I didn't receive the verification email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Junk folder first. The email comes from criptorobotnotif@academytable.ru with the subject "TradeRobotX — Verification Code". If you still don't see it, tap "Resend code" in the app.
Is my Bitget API key safe?
Yes. We store your API keys encrypted. Always create API keys with "Read" and "Trade" permissions only — never "Withdraw". This way, even in the worst case, funds cannot be withdrawn.
Does TradeRobotX guarantee profits?
No. TradeRobotX is an educational tool. All trading involves risk and you may lose your capital. Past strategy performance does not guarantee future results.
How do I change my trading strategy?
Go to the Robot tab, tap the "Change" button on your active strategy card, browse the Strategies list, and select a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to support@dexagent.ru with the subject "Delete account" and your registered email. We will delete your data within 7 business days.
