Cryptovix offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
Billing & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Free Trial: If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
DEMO Mode: Demo mode is permanently free and does not require a subscription or Bitget API keys.
Manage your subscription at: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cryptovix on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

These Terms are between you and Cryptovix, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms shall prevail. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
For in-app purchases, Apple's standard purchase terms apply. All billing is handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for billing issues at support.apple.com.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
International Users — Regulatory Notice: Cryptocurrency trading regulations vary significantly by country. By using this App you confirm that your use is compliant with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Russian Federation users: Federal Law No. 259-FZ "On Digital Financial Assets" (Федеральный закон № 259-ФЗ «О цифровых финансовых активах») regulates the circulation of cryptocurrencies in Russia. Cryptovix does not provide investment advice, and any trading activity conducted through this App is the sole legal responsibility of the user. These Terms shall otherwise be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
